2. License to Use Prompts
All prompts published on Growfyx are provided free of charge for personal, commercial, and professional use. You are permitted to copy, customize, execute, and integrate these prompts into your personal workflows, software, and commercial operations.
However, automated bulk scraping, re-packaging of the prompt directory into competing commercial databases without explicit written consent, or selling raw prompt collections is strictly prohibited.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
Generative AI models (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Midjourney) are third-party systems. Growfyx provides engineered prompt templates to optimize outputs, but cannot guarantee factual accuracy, uptime, or model adherence. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before applying them to legal, financial, medical, or security-sensitive workflows.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Growfyx Prompts and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of prompts or site content.
